After working for a health and safety training provider for 10 years, I decided to add a HR string to my bow and completed my CIPD qualification in 2009. This is where I found my passion for recruitment and discovered the Not-For-Profit sector. Using my skills and experiences from both flat-fee and agency recruitment, has really helped me to make a difference to some fantastic causes. Working in the sector is challenging and rewarding and helping organisations to save money where they can, really motivates me.

Outside of work, as a mother of two boys, I enjoy everything it brings on a daily basis, which doesn’t leave me much time for anything else!
